Psychiatry (General) - Collaborative Psychiatrist
We are seeking a Psychiatrist to function as a collaborator for an experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner that is credentialed at an FQHC in Chicago. The Psychiatrist would provide collaborative oversight and monthly chart review (approximately 30 charts) as well as the ability to provide consultation (remotely) on a case from 3:00pm-5:00pm) during the week and every third Saturday from 12:00pm until 2:00pm. Chart reviews will be able to be done remotely through the EHR and the Practice Administrator will be able to train you on their system. Very good opportunity to provide virtual support and assist the PMHNP in providing needed services to the underserved community.
