Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) - Flex Work in MD- NO CASELOAD - Romney, WV Job Summary Able Minds ABA is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Romney, WV. As a BCBA, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals to provide high-quality ABA therapy services to children with autism. This is a unique opportunity to work in a flexible schedule with no caseload, allowing you to focus on making a meaningful impact in the lives of your clients. Responsibilities Provide ABA therapy services to children with autism, utilizing evidence-based practices and individualized treatment plans Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including Behavior Technicians, Occupational Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring to track client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Maintain accurate and thorough records of client data, treatment plans, and progress reports Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to stay current on best practices and industry developments Requirements Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or Certified Associate Behavioral Analyst (CABA) At least 1 year of experience working with children with autism and/or intellectual disabilities Strong knowledge of ABA principles, methods, and best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines What We Offer Competitive hourly rate of $105-$120 Flexible scheduling options, including part-time and full-time opportunities NO CASELOAD, allowing you to focus on making a meaningful impact in the lives of your clients Opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team of professionals Professional development opportunities and training sessions to stay current on industry developments and best practices How to Apply If you are a dedicated and compassionate BCBA looking for a new challenging opportunity, please apply to join our team at Able Minds ABA.
