Maintenance Director

Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Director to oversee the maintenance operations of our long-term care facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the facility and equipment are in good working condition and meet safety standards. Responsibilities Schedule and oversee regular maintenance and repairs of facilities and equipment Ensure Life Safety Code regulations are in compliance Ensure that fire protection and prevention programs are maintained by department personnel in accordance with our fire safety policies and procedures Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards Develop and manage maintenance budgets Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and expenses Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations Identify and implement cost-saving measures Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs Ensure OSHA standards are met If you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for maintenance management, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree, or certification preferred.
