What You'll Do Collect and organize used dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment. Load, operate, and unload commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently. Properly clean, sanitize, and store kitchen items according to health department standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dish area and kitchen. Assist with trash removal and general kitchen cleaning duties. Support the culinary team by ensuring clean equipment is always available during service. Help maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. Assist with additional kitchen duties as assigned. What We're Looking For Hardworking, dependable, and team-oriented attitude. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds. Flexible availability, including mornings, weekends, and holidays. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
