  Compensation:
  
  
  $100k base salary, plus bonus potential (up to 10% of salary based on branch performance),?cell?phone and?mileage reimbursement. ?Up to 80 hours of vacation accrual in the first year, 48 hours of sick time accrual, one 8-hour fun day and one 8-hour inclusion day. Vacation hours accrual will increase to 120 hours of vacation after 1st year.
  
  

???? Physical & Work Environment:

This is a


field and office-based role


requiring occasional lifting (up to 40 lbs), travel to patient homes, and the ability to respond quickly in clinical situations. Must be comfortable in diverse home environments and with occasional exposure to medical conditions and bodily fluids.
