Pro Customer Service Sales – The Home Depot Join the Pro Customer Service/Sales Team to deliver an exceptional experience for professional customers, including contractors, property owners, and commercial clients. The team supports every stage of the Pro customer journey—from efficient order fulfillment and safe loading to expert product recommendations and tailored delivery solutions. As a team member, you will build and maintain professional relationships, proactively drive sales using product knowledge and loyalty programs, meet monthly sales goals, and provide outstanding service based on project needs. Your role may involve the Pro Desk, loading materials, managing deliveries, or offering specialized product knowledge. Collaboration and maintaining a clean, organized, safe environment are key, as are resolving delivery issues and communicating Home Depot's advantages over competitors.
