A day in the life… Develop and maintain tools, workflows, and guidelines supporting the full design and media lifecycle for internal teams and external vendors. Establish and evolve standards and best practices that improve efficiency, reduce friction, and ensure consistent delivery across portfolios. Create and manage a centralized repository for documentation, templates, and operational resources. Partner cross functionally to design, align, and improve workflows across design, content, media, technology, and vendor teams. Identify operational risks and inefficiencies, drive systematic improvements, support onboarding, and champion scalable design operations practices. What we are looking for… Required Execute UX/UI design work for the authenticated digital experience for banking clients, translating complex financial challenges into simple, elegant, and user-centered solutions. Experience with implementing existing Bank’s brand into banking products UI templates Deliver high-quality design assets, prototypes, and specifications, ensuring a high standard of craft and attention to detail across projects. Design using both existing design systems and contribute to the development of new and emerging design systems to ensure consistency, scalability, and innovation across digital products. Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to implement design solutions that align with business goals and deliver cohesive, high-impact experiences. Present and articulate design decisions to stakeholders and team members. Advocate for user-centered design, accessibility, and inclusive practices, ensuring every product delivers exceptional value. It will be a plus if you have worked with Q2 banking products ( Effective communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design decisions.
