As a Sterile Processing Technician at the facility, you will clean, decontaminate, inspect, assemble, package, sterilize, store, and distribute reusable surgical instruments and medical equipment. You must have a high school diploma or GED, and CRCST certification is required within 18 months of hire or must meet state grandfathering guidelines. Experience in sterile processing is recommended, along with attention to detail, proficiency in decontamination and sterilization equipment, and familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
