What We Ask From You Possess 4‑6 years of related experience in Concrete and Excavation activities. Experience leading crews in a fast‑paced environment. Be hardworking, dependable, and safety‑minded. Willingness to work overtime up to 7 days per week if necessary. The ability to pass pre‑employment and periodic screenings. Ability to communicate effectively and lead your team through example. Possession of a valid driver’s license with proof of an outstanding 5‑year driving record. Hourly Rate: $28.00‑$33.00 Per Hour DOE Benefits And Perks Great Company Benefits starting 1st of the month after 60 days of eligible employment.
