Catering Lead

Position Summary As a Catering Lead at Panera, you will help guests plan and order catering services, manage orders, provide friendly service, and ensure food quality and timely delivery. Responsibilities Manage and produce catering orders for guests. Provide warm, friendly service and effective communication. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders to events. Adhere to health and food safety standards. Maintain high standards for food quality. Market Panera Catering to local businesses, schools, and events. Assist managers and team members as needed. Help build a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust. Qualifications Minimum age 18. Complete basic food safety understanding and practice training (Food Handler’s Card, as required by law). Excellent communication, organizational, and time‑management skills. Self‑starter capable of meeting goals with limited supervision. Own a vehicle and have an acceptable driving record. Flexible hours; willing to work nights and weekends. Able to lift, carry, push or pull 25-50 pounds. Can stand and walk for up to 3 hours. Ability to communicate effectively in a loud environment.
