Known for its collaborative culture and strong industry reputation, the company secures a significant amount of negotiated work and maintains a robust backlog of projects.Job DescriptionLead construction projects from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals. Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise to keep work on track. Oversee project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and budgets. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards. Manage project resources, including personnel and materials, efficiently and effectively. Communicate progress and updates to clients and senior management.
