Code Enforcement Officer

Employer: SALINA CITY CORPORATION Position: Code Enforcement Officer Employment Type: Part-time, as-needed Benefits: No benefits are included ### Duties Include: - Inspecting properties for weeds, junk, rubbish, abandoned vehicles, and other code violations. - Responding to resident complaints and concerns. - Notifying property owners of violations and following up on compliance. - Maintaining inspection records and preparing reports. - Working with city officials and the Beautification Committee to keep Salina City clean, safe, and attractive. ### Qualifications: - Good communication and organizational skills - The ability to work independently - A commitment to maintaining a clean community - Knowledge of city ordinances or code enforcement is preferred
