Dental Receptionist / Front Desk Specialist

Turtle Bay Pediatric Dentistry is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Dental Receptionist / Front Desk Specialist to join our progressive clinic. This key role supports our mission to provide exceptional pediatric dental care through efficient front-office operations and outstanding patient interaction.

Dental Receptionist / Front Desk Specialist
Job Description Greet patients promptly and professionally, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
Manage patient scheduling and appointment confirmations using Open Dental software
Verify insurance eligibility and process patient information accurately
Implement and uphold practice policies and procedures
Support team learning initiatives and promote a culture of continuous development
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe front desk and waiting area
Handle patient inquiries via phone and in-person with exceptional customer service
full-time $22 - $38 per hour
- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
Shift & Schedule Monday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday – Friday: Closed
Saturday: 7:45 AM – 4:00 PM
Sunday: Closed
Proven experience in a dental receptionist or front desk role
Proficiency with dental practice management software, preferably Open Dental
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Experience in a pediatric dental practice
Familiarity with insurance verification processes
Commitment to ongoing professional development
