Hiring Welders (TIG/MIG) – Custom Metal Fabrication | First Shift

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join a small, high‑performing team producing custom metal cabinets for self‑service kiosks. This role focuses primarily on TIG welding (80%) with additional MIG welding (20%) on thin‑gauge steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. If you enjoy precision work in a clean, climate‑controlled environment, this is a strong fit.

• Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–1:30 PM
• Overtime available as needed

• TIG and MIG weld thin‑gauge steel, stainless steel, and aluminum components
• Read basic blueprints and weld symbols to complete fabrication tasks
• Produce clean, high‑quality welds while meeting daily production goals
• Follow all shop safety procedures and support general fabrication activities as needed

• MIG and TIG welding experience
• Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols
• Experience working with steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Small, collaborative welding team
• Growing, climate‑controlled manufacturing facility
• Hands‑on fabrication environment with modern equipment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Thornton, CO.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
