Key Qualifications:

• Valid and unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of one year recent experience in a Cath Lab setting
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications
• Excellent critical thinking and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure

Primary Responsibilities:

• Monitor patients before, during, and after cardiac catheterization procedures, ensuring comfort and safety
• Administer medications and assist physicians with catheterization and electrophysiology procedures
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately
• Collaborate with physicians, techs, and ancillary staff to coordinate patient care and maintain procedural flow
• Provide patient and family education regarding pre- and post-procedure care
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols
