The Role

We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Lube Technician to join our team and help provide fast, high-quality maintenance services to our valued customers. As a Lube Technician, you’ll play a key role in keeping vehicles running smoothly through essential services like oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and inspections. What You'll Do

• Routine Maintenance: Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid top-offs, filter replacements, and other preventative maintenance services on a wide range of vehicles.
• Vehicle Inspections: Conduct multi-point inspections to identify wear, safety issues, and potential repairs.
• Shop Support: Assist service technicians with light mechanical tasks as needed and help maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Customer Satisfaction: Work with service advisors to ensure clear communication with customers and contribute to an exceptional service experience.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety procedures and adhere to dealership and manufacturer guidelines.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow technicians, advisors, and parts department staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely service.

• Ongoing Learning: Participate in training to stay current on the latest tools, techniques, and maintenance procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience
  • Prior experience in a dealership or automotive service environment is preferred but not required—training will be provided.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance procedures.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to doing things right the first time.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
  • Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
  • Basic computer skills to navigate service systems and documentation tools.
