Operations Supervisor

Our client, a leading distributor in sports apparel and accessories Operations Supervisors to join their team in Bernville, PA . As an Operations Supervisor, you will be part of the operations organization, supporting day-to-day execution and helping drive continuous improvement. If you’re motivated by quality leadership , performance management , and team building , this role is a strong match for your skills and your drive to reduce quality defects through effective programs.

Pay Range: $27/hour

Shift: All shifts

What's the Job?

• Lead quality-focused operations by monitoring performance and driving actions that reduce quality defects.
• Support performance management through clear expectations, coaching, and follow-through to improve results.
• Build and develop teams by strengthening communication, accountability, and day-to-day execution.
• Develop and implement programs designed to prevent recurring quality issues and improve operational consistency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure continuous improvement efforts are sustained and measurable.

What's Needed?

• Strong background in quality leadership and defect reduction initiatives.
• Experience with performance management practices, including setting goals and tracking progress.
• Proven ability to build teams through coaching, development, and effective communication.
• Experience developing programs or structured processes to improve quality outcomes.
• Demonstrated commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement.
