What You'll Do As a Life Insurance Agent, you will: Contact and follow up with assigned leads Meet with prospective clients in their homes Identify the client's needs and financial situation Explain final expense and life insurance options in a simple, professional manner Present appropriate coverage options Complete electronic applications Work with clients through the underwriting process Follow up with prospects and existing clients Maintain accurate records in the CRM Build relationships with your clients Ask for referrals and identify additional insurance opportunities Develop and maintain a personal book of business Consistently work your assigned leads and appointments Who We're Looking For We are looking for people who are: Licensed life insurance agents Competitive and motivated Comfortable speaking with people face-to-face and over the phone Coachable and willing to follow a proven system Organized and disciplined Comfortable working independently Professional and trustworthy Goal-oriented and motivated by performance-based income Insurance sales experience is preferred, but newly licensed agent with strong drive and a willingness to learn will be succeed here this is plug and play. This is not a traditional 9-to-5 sales position . Your income is directly connected to your production, consistency, and ability to work your leads.
