d-Matrix in Santa Clara is seeking a Staff Technical Recruiter to manage candidates through all interview and hiring stages across multiple engineering disciplines. You will build sourcing strategies, partner with hiring managers, and maintain ATS data with real-time dashboards for leadership. The role requires 8+ years of full life-cycle technical recruiting and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced startup.
