Job Summary and Responsibilities As our OBGYN , you will be the cornerstone of women's healthcare in Dickinson, ND, providing full-scope obstetrics and gynecology services. This includes comprehensive care from prenatal to postpartum , routine gynecological exams, and complex procedures, enabling you to build lasting patient relationships and make a significant community impact. Opportunity Details: Team of 4 collaborative physicians Generous base compensation $381,910 Starting loan of up to 10% of base salary Quality and Productivity incentives available Paid relocation of up to $15,000 Dedicated nursing staff Call 1:4 (Deliver your own babies) Ultrasound, NST's, colposcopy and Leeps done in office Dedicated Surgical Blocks The facility sees 600+ deliveries per year Referral network of Primary Care physicians Comprehensive Benefits, CME allowance, and more Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Eligible Employer Job Requirements Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution Board certification or eligibility in OBGYN Active or eligible license in the state of North Dakota Strong clinical skills with experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with women, families, and healthcare professionals Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to women and families Where You'll Work Dickinson, North Dakota, has a population of around 25,000, is a mid-size community with a small-town feel located in Stark County in southwest North Dakota.
