What You'll Do:

• Provide outpatient physical therapy assessments and treatments for a diverse patient population
• Cover inpatient services on Mondays and as needed based on patient load in a swing bed (SNF) setting
• Collaborate with hospital staff and other healthcare professionals
• Document patient progress using EMR systems: WebPT for outpatient and Trubridge for inpatient care
• Follow facility policies regarding dress code: scrub pants and a collared hospital shirt; no facial jewelry; tattoos allowed with no vulgar content

What You Need:

• Valid Texas PT license in good standing
• At least 1 year of outpatient PT experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills and professionalism
