School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Full Time, In-Person or Hybrid | Pasco, WA | 2026-2027 School Year


Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 2026-2027 school year in Pasco , Washington. We're a therapist-operated company that puts clinicians and students first. This is an in-person position in a school setting, and we welcome both Clinical Fellows (CFs) and experienced SLPs to apply. New to schools? No problem - we provide mentorship and support!


Job Highlights:

• Location: Pasco, WA
• Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - School-Based
• Schedule: Full Time
• School Year: 2026-2027
• Start Date: August 2026
• In-person preferred; hybrid schedule also acceptable (must be able to support in-person in a regular cadence)
• Caseload: Likely Elementary but open based on candidate preference.

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language therapy services in a K-12 school setting
• Conduct evaluations and write reports
• Develop and implement IEP goals
• Collaborate with special education teams, educators, and families
• Complete documentation and progress monitoring in a timely manner
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Valid Washington State SLP license (or ability to obtain quickly)
• Washington ESA Certification required (or willingness to acquire)
• CFs welcome to apply
