We frequently serve as Delaware counsel alongside major national law firms in high-stakes corporate and IP matters, offering deep, sophisticated experience before the Delaware Court of Chancery and other Delaware courts. We are seeking a talented Litigation Associate with 2 to 10 years of experience to join our elite, lifestyle-oriented practice. Why This Role is Different No Rigid Billable "Ethos": We don't live and die by a billable hour target. Our philosophy is that partners are responsible for keeping associates staffed. While workflow naturally fluctuates between busy and slower periods ("feast or famine"), our expectation is simply that associates work hard, stay responsive, and proactively collaborate. Predictable Workflow: Our culture is lifestyle-oriented. The general daily schedule tends to be around 9:00 AM – 5:30/6:00 PM. Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $190,000 – $290,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Our compensation philosophy leans toward stronger base salary increases rather than smaller raises supplemented primarily through bonuses, though a discretionary end‑of‑year bonus structure is typically distributed in December. Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. 2 to 10 years of experience in complex commercial or corporate litigation (experience practicing before the Delaware Court of Chancery or other Delaware courts is highly preferred).
