Strong communication skills—listening as well as written & verbal communication—and ability to communicate with persons of diverse backgrounds. Minimum Of 2-3 Years Related Work Experience. Strong interpersonal skills: ability to cultivate, motivate and maintain effective working relationships with volunteers and staff from diverse backgrounds.
