Field Service Technician II

Human Touch LLC is seeking a skilled and customer‑focused Field Service Technician II to support complex equipment and systems across multiple government sites. This role involves hands‑on technical support, troubleshooting, installation, and customer interaction in a fast‑paced environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, technically proficient, and committed to delivering high‑quality service and customer satisfaction. Job Location: Washington DC – Washington, DC 22102. Position Type: Full Time. Salary Range: $70,000 – $80,000 per year. Key Responsibilities Perform customer support activities including installation, modification, and repair of complex equipment and systems. Conduct on‑site installation, configuration, and testing to ensure proper functionality. Diagnose and isolate equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and networked environments. Deliver technical presentations and communicate system capabilities when needed. Train customer personnel on equipment operation and maintenance procedures. Serve as a customer‑facing representative, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Collaborate effectively within a team‑oriented, fast‑paced support environment. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree + 6 years of relevant experience OR High School Diploma + 10 years of relevant experience. Strong technical knowledge of: Networked environments Operating systems (Windows 10/11) PC and network hardware MacOS Network printing environments Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
