Senior Backend Engineer (ML)

Responsibilities

• Ship full-stack AI systems end-to-end.
• Design resilient systems for model deployment, evaluation, and monitoring at scale.
• Iterate quickly on experiments and data from ideation through implementation.
• Collaborate with ML engineers, backend engineers, and cross-functional teams to integrate models with data pipelines and products.
• Research tools and models and select the best-fit technology for each workflow.

Requirements

• Proficiency in full-stack development with strong system design, backend engineering, and observability infrastructure knowledge.
• Experience across the lifecycle of building, testing, deploying, scaling, and monitoring LLM-centered software architectures.
• Hands-on expertise with LLM APIs and a proven track record of deploying AI systems into production.
• Ability to collaborate effectively, align on interfaces, navigate tradeoffs, and drive cross-team execution.
