Staff Nurse - Nursery

The Staff Nurse in the nursery is responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to newborns. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

This position is for a 3x12 shift schedule, from 1845 to 0715.

Administer nursing care to newborn patients

Monitor and assess patient health conditions

Collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement care plans

Educate and support families regarding newborn care and health

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a nursery or related environment

Active RN License

Current certifications: NRP, American Heart Association BLS, and STABLE

Applicants must possess the following certifications:

NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)

BLS/BCLS (Basic Life Support/CPR) from the American Heart Association

STABLE (Sugar and Safe Care of Newborns and Young Infants)

Holiday coverage is not required for this role.
