NOW HIRING – REPAIR ASSOCIATE

Location: Stockton, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
Pay: $18 per hour
Employment Type: Full-time

Balance Staffing is seeking a hands-on Repair Associate to repair and refurbish electronic speakers. If you enjoy working with tools and fixing things, this could be a great opportunity for you!

Job Duties:

• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and test returned speakers.

• Disassemble, refurbish, and reassemble products.

• Use hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, and testing equipment.

• Document repairs using a computer.

• Assist with warehouse tasks, including unloading containers, packing, staging, and moving products.

• Lift and handle products weighing up to 70 pounds.

• Perform general cleaning for approximately one hour, twice per week.

Requirements:

• Mechanical aptitude and comfort using tools.

• Basic computer skills.

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

• Ability to meet daily production goals.

• Ability to lift and handle products weighing up to 70 pounds.

• Electronics repair experience is preferred but not required.

• Soldering or electrical troubleshooting experience is a plus.
