CWS is an equal opportunity employer and affords equal opportunity to all applicants and employees for all positions without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status or any other status protected under local, state or federal laws.Job SummaryThis person will be responsible for the successful maintenance & operation of the wastewater treatment plant.ResponsibilitiesPerform all aspects of sampling, monitoring and testing required to maintain compliance with Federal, State and Local regulations governing the wastewater treatment process and managementOperates sewage treatment, sludge processing, and disposal equipment to control flow and processing of sewagePerform daily checks of the wastewater treatment process and periodic checks of pump stationsResponsible for preventative maintenance of plant equipment and perform repairs of machinery and equipment as neededRead and interpret meters and gauges that monitor the purification process and operationCollects and records data for record maintenance and reportingPerforms facility grounds maintenance including cleaning equipment and tanksPerform general landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, clean-ups, pruning, and other typical landscape maintenance tasksPerforms other related duties as directed QualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDMust possess a state-issued wastewater operator certificationValid driver’s license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Records requiredExperience within a water/wastewater treatment environmentAbility to perform basic mathematical calculationsAbility to work independentlyStrong attention to detailMust be available to work weekends, overtime and ‘on-call’ as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr Clearwater Solutions, LLC.
