Behavior Analyst (Full-Time)

Role Overview: A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing individualized ABA programs to support individuals with autism. They collaborate with families and team members to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care, while leading and mentoring Behavior Technicians to deliver exceptional services. Key Responsibilities Develop and tailor ABA programs to meet client needs Work closely with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes Lead, supervise, and mentor Behavior Technicians Utilize data collection tools to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans Contribute to a collaborative, supportive team environment Qualifications & Skills Valid BCBA certification Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Oklahoma or in process of licensure Experience in developing and implementing client programs within ABA Strong leadership and mentorship abilities Commitment to ethical practice and client impact Additional Requirements: Pass criminal background check, TB test, and immunizations.
