Hospice Physician

Hospice physician job in Wisconsin : Along with an agricultural and recreational base, Fond du Lac is an industrial town specializing in forest products, machine tools, and boat motors. It is one of several typically Wisconsin towns on Lake Winnebago in the attractive and prosperous Fox River Valley and reflects a strong 19th-century heritage with a few historic neighborhoods displaying early wealth.

Monday - Friday schedule, 8 am - 5 pm; no call, no weekends, no holidays
Full-time, hospital-employed palliative care position in a growing practice
Interdisciplinary team with an established patient panel
Located in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, one hour north of Milwaukee
Board-certified or board-eligible palliative care physicians encouraged to apply
Fellowship-trained graduates welcome to apply
