Job Description Job Description Growing Asiatown litigation firm practicing primarily in the areas of personal injury, business/insurance disputes, and family law is in search of an associate attorney with minimum 2 years litigation experience who wants to manage cases from initial work-up to trial. Competitive salary Health care provided after 3 months Bonus eligibility Ongoing mentorship Compensation: $90,000+ yearly Responsibilities: Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development Draft legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, motions, and discovery requests/responses Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other attorneys to facilitate case progression In personal injury cases, negotiate claims with insurance adjusters and defense counsel Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings Qualifications: Active license to practice law in the State of Texas 2+ years of civil litigation experience Ability to work ON-SITE Desire for litigation work in Texas state courts (civil and family) Desire to grow with practice Bilingual a plus (esp.
