Registered Behavior Technician

Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) located in Scottsdale, AZ, with opportunity to build to a full-time position. The RBT will be responsible for implementing behavioral intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Key duties include delivering one-on-one therapy to clients, collecting data on client progress, assisting in teaching functional and social skills, and maintaining consistent communication with the interdisciplinary team. The role also involves creating a positive and supportive learning environment for individuals with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental challenges. Qualifications Proficiency in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies Strong interpersonal and Communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients, families, and team members Experience or knowledge in Behavioral Intervention and Psychology Ability to collect and analyze data for monitoring client progress High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is a plus RBT certification or willingness to complete certification within the required timeline Patience, compassion, and a collaborative mindset Ability to adhere to ethical standards and respect confidentiality #J-18808-Ljbffr Inclusive Consulting Services
