This position safeguards the integrity of the Government supply chain by leading end-to-end procurement processes that ensure compliant sourcing, cost-effective purchasing, reliable vendor performance, and full lifecycle accountability of all assets.

Responsibilities for this position include:

• Defining plans, processes, methods, and tools for ensuring supply chain management and chain of custody for the life of all Government assets to help protect from the inadvertent purchase of counterfeit or illegally modified products.
• All activities associated with researching and recommending cost effective purchase arrangements which will be approved by the Government; supporting the Government's purchase process and coordinating the delivery of purchases; and managing, tracking, and auditing hardware recapitalization, maintenance agreements, and software licensing.
• Reviewing purchase requisitions for clarity, compliance, detail, completeness, and obtaining additional information considered necessary; actively managing the procurement process from order placement through receipt of products and subsequent payment of invoices; actively managing supplier performance through consistent communication to ensure proper adherence to purchase order terms and conditions.

The likely salary range for this position is $96,569 - $130,651. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
