Hands on Training
Mon-Fri Schedule
Responsibilities- Prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, and working existing leads.
- Conduct insurance needs assessments to identify gaps and recommend appropriate personal lines coverages (auto, home, renters, umbrella, etc.).
- Generate and present quotes from various carriers to offer competitive options.
- Educate clients on coverage options, exclusions, and the value of appropriate limits and endorsements.
- Close sales by overcoming objections and guiding prospects through the decision-making process.
- Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication with potential clients.
- Cross-sell additional policies such as auto with home, or umbrella coverage with homeowners.
- Track and report sales performance to meet or exceed individual and agency targets.
- Stay informed about underwriting guidelines, carrier appetites, and policy changes.
- Maintain compliance with state licensing requirements and documentation standards.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Create relationships from a cold start.
- Be a fantastic presenter.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Prior Sales Experience.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Career minded vision.
- Problem-Solving Capabilities.
- Be capable of handling customer rejection.
- P&C License Required
