Specialist, Billing & Settlement

As a Specialist, Billing & Settlement at RXO, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing carrier freight bills, proactively resolving potential errors and duplicate billing, and facilitating the billing of orders to customers. What Your Day-to-day Will Look Like Ensure issues are addressed immediately and that appropriate parties are informed of resolutions Maintain the highest level of customer service by adhering to established processes Increase industry and company knowledge by taking advantage of opportunities to learn new skills and information Seek out opportunities to improve current processes Audit carrier freight bills and interpret tariffs and contracts Investigate any errors on freight bills such as duplicate carrier billing Facilitate and improve the efficiency of the routing of freight bills and billing cycle time At a Minimum, You’ll Need 1 year of experience in audit, accounts receivable, accounts payable, load planning or transportation/logistics It’d Be Great If You Also Have Associate degree in Business or Transportation/Logistics, or the equivalent combination of education and experience High school diploma or equivalent 2 years of audit, accounts payable, accounts receivable, load planning or transportation and logistics-related experience Experience with Microsoft Office Effective communication and problem‑solving skill Our Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans 401(k) retirement plan with up to 5% company match Pre‑tax accounts to help streamline eligible expenses Company‑paid disability and life insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Career and Leadership Development Programs Paid time off, company holidays, and volunteer days Our Culture Our values are the key to our unique culture and our ability to deliver for everyone we serve.
