Qualifications Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association Prior ambulatory and family medicine experience preferred Prior Clinical Lead experience preferred 2 Years of RN experience preferred Bachelor’s in nursing preferred Responsibilities Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Utilize evidence-based practice and clinical decision making to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum.
