Are you a people person who enjoys helping others and wants to grow your career in the insurance industry? We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Schuman Family Insurance!

What We’re Looking For
- A friendly, professional individual who enjoys working with people.
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Someone who takes initiative and enjoys being part of a team.
- Bilingual skills are a plus!
- Commercial insurance experience is a plus , but a willingness to learn and develop is just as important.
- 4-40 CSR license required
