Cardiac Sonographer Responsibilities Perform high-quality echocardiograms for inpatient and emergency patients. Conduct and analyze cardiac ultrasound studies. Support stress and contrast echo procedures. Collaborate with cardiologists and interdisciplinary teams to inform clinical decisions. Document results in the EMR system. Maintain ultrasound equipment and adhere to safety and infection control standards. Qualifications & Skills Proficiency in echocardiography and cardiac ultrasound techniques. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Strong attention to detail and documentation skills. Knowledge of safety, infection control, and equipment maintenance protocols. #J-18808-Ljbffr
