In this critical Customer Service Representative role, you will manage daily administrative operations, assist with active claim files, and ensure seamless communication across all departments. - Process Communications: Handle incoming and outgoing physical mail, process faxes, and manage unassigned digital correspondence.
- Administrative Support: Support reception operations, maintain physical file storage, and assist with document destruction.
- Claims Processing: Input new insurance claims (Auto, Property, TDI, GL, Marine, JADA), reopen existing cases, and email clients.
- Database Management: Update policy information and classification codes in claims tracking software.
- Client Relations: Build positive, professional relationships with all clients and adapt to varying external operating systems.
- Strong computer proficiency with a minimum typing speed of 40 WPM.
- Exceptional organizational abilities with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines.
- Adaptability to varying work styles, software platforms, and client requirements.
- Capability to work both collaboratively in a team environment and independently.
- Ability to comfortably lift up to 25 lbs.
