Schedule:
- Full-time, contract assignment
- 12-hour shifts
- Weekend rotation as discussed during interview
- Guaranteed 36-40 hours per week
- Current, unencumbered RN license
- Minimum of two years' experience in an ICU setting
- Proficiency in Meditech documentation systems preferred
- BLS, ACLS certification required
- Familiarity with advanced critical care equipment and protocols
- Strong critical thinking, teamwork, and communication skills
- Deliver comprehensive care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced ICU
- Monitor vital signs and manage complex patient care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members for optimal patient outcomes
- Document assessments and interventions accurately according to facility standards
- Safely administer medications, treatments, and advanced life support as required
- Float to other units as needed to meet patient care demands
- Appropriate ICU scrub color required
- Adherence to strict dress code (neat and clean appearance, no artificial nails, jewelry, or visible non-ear piercings)
- Body art should be covered when feasible
- Compliance with all attendance and floating policies
