Associate Attorney

Multi-state plaintiff construction defect law firm seeks California licensed associate attorney. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of practice with a civil litigation firm, preferably with experience in construction defect claims. We are looking for an early career candidate to grow with the firm. The successful candidate will have strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, and will assist with all phases of construction defect claims, including pre-litigation procedures, discovery, law and motion practice, depositions, mediation, arbitration, and jury trials. Strong research and writing skills are essential. The candidate will work directly with a partner based out of Southern California. This position requires travel, including some overnight stays, throughout California. Candidates should have a strong work ethic, a collaborative approach, and a desire to build a long-term career with the firm.
