Production Associates - Fast Starts4-Day Workweek | 3-Day Weekends | Increased Pay

Location: Sedalia, MO
Employer: Kelly® supporting Stanley Black & Decker
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, with Fridays off
Overtime: Occasional overtime may be required based on production needs

Pay and Shift

• 1st Shift: $17.75/hour | 5:00 AM–3:30 PM

Enjoy  three-day weekends every week while building valuable manufacturing experience.

What You’ll Do

As a Production Associate, you will:

• Operate manufacturing equipment and production machinery
• Assemble and move parts and production materials
• Follow work instructions and product specifications
• Perform quality inspections
• Accurately complete production records
• Use hand tools and measuring equipment
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and productive work area

What You’ll Need

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to read and follow written instructions
• Basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Previous hand-tool experience preferred, but not required
