As an asset based lender, the Senior Collateral Appraiser Market Analyst position plays a central role in ensuring the overall collateral quality held by CHFA. As such, the incumbent serves as an expert and liaison throughout the company providing technical/knowledge support, advice, and recommendations for complex and difficult commercial real estate, appraisal, valuation, economic, and market condition matters.
