Role Description
En Tenpo, estamos buscando a nuestro/a próximo/a Lead Product Security & AppSec. Quien tendrá la misión de actuar como el líder táctico y estratégico de la arquitectura de seguridad y el desarrollo seguro corporativo, liderando las iniciativas de seguridad aplicativa, gobernando las vulnerabilidades y colaborando directamente con los equipos de arquitectura e ingeniería de software para asegurar que nuestros productos digitales nazcan con cimientos sólidos y protegidos ante amenazas o fraudes.
Responsabilidades del cargo
- Definición Táctica y Estratégica de Seguridad Aplicativa: Definir el roadmap y planes de acción a corto y largo plazo para el área de Product Security, integrando controles de seguridad en el ciclo de desarrollo (DevSecOps) y arquitecturas Cloud/On-Premise.
- Arquitectura de Seguridad y Mitigación de Riesgos: Definir estándares y evaluar la arquitectura de microservicios, APIs y contenedores (Kubernetes), asegurando el análisis de amenazas (Threat Modeling) y la prevención de fraude transaccional desde el diseño.
- Liderazgo Consultivo y Negociación Técnica: Actuar como contraparte estratégica ante el CTO, Líderes de Ingeniería y Arquitectos de Software, negociando e impulsando la adopción de buenas prácticas de seguridad de forma colaborativa.
Qualifications
- Título profesional en Ingeniería Civil Informática, Ingeniería en Ciberseguridad, Ingeniería de Software o carrera afín.
- Experiencia demostrable en ciberseguridad y seguridad aplicativa (3 a 4+ años mínimos centrados en ciberseguridad/AppSec), idealmente con trayectoria previa en liderazgo técnico.
- Conocimientos y experiencia sólida excluyente en:
- Arquitectura de ciberseguridad y modelado de amenazas (Threat Modeling).
- Seguridad en la Nube (AWS, GCP, Azure) y seguridad de aplicaciones web y móviles.
- Arquitectura de software, diseño de microservicios y Kubernetes.
- (Deseable) Certificaciones de la industria (CISSP, CSSLP, Cloud Security) y experiencia en entornos agiles (Scrum) y fintech/banca regulada.
