HR Operations Manager

Job Description Excellent DIRECT HIRE HR Operations Manager Opportunity! Role covers facets of HR including: payroll, data management, HRIS and compensation Oversee the implementation and management of HR systems and procedures Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with legal standards and align with the organization’s goals, while continuously reviewing them for improvements Oversee the administration of payroll, leave management, and benefits Manage HR systems and databases to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions for improvement QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or a related field, master’s degree a PLUS Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role Strong compensation and/or payroll experience Background in technology and implementation of HRIS systems #J-18808-Ljbffr
