They develop and implement personalized treatment plans using therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other techniques to restore function, manage pain, and improve quality of life. PTs also educate patients on injury prevention and wellness strategies. Required Qualifications: Certifications in physical therapy, Texas or compact license, 2 years of PT experience, familiarity with therapy in skilled nursing facilities, and available to start on 11/09/2026. Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week. Additional Information: Submission requirements include documentation of 2 years of PT experience and licensing. The position follows the guaranteed hours policy, with expectations for proactive caseload management and handling treatment sessions accordingly. Float: Float rotation may be required.
