Senior Leader, Underwriting Learning & Enablement
Selective Insurance
Selective Insurance in Scottsdale seeks a seasoned leader to design and oversee enterprise underwriting learning and enablement. You will own strategy, governance, onboarding, training programs, and measurement to improve underwriting performance across regions. This role partners with Casualty and Property teams, drives modernization including AI-enabled content and LMS strategy, and develops early-career programs.
