The Role

You will own business development across the entire state of Wisconsin, expanding our referral ecosystem among psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, private practices, clinics, and hospitals. Your work will directly connect patients to Relief Mental Health's cutting-edge treatment programs, including TMS and Spravato, at a time when demand for innovative mental health care has never been higher.

This is a field-based, relationship-driven role for a self-starter who can think strategically, move quickly, and build lasting partnerships.

What You will Do

Sales & Business Development

• Build and sustain referral partnerships with psychiatrists, psychiatric NPs, clinics, and health systems across Wisconsin

• Develop and execute territory growth strategies that consistently meet and exceed KPIs

• Pursue new referral sources through networking, cold outreach, drop-ins, and industry events

• Represent Relief Mental Health at conferences, trade shows, and community events

• Maintain a strong pipeline with accurate CRM documentation and disciplined follow-up

• Communicate the clinical and patient benefits of TMS and Spravato programs with confidence and depth

Market Development

• Conduct competitive analysis, demographic research, and trend monitoring to inform territory strategy

• Create and implement territory development plans that maximize referral engagement

• Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical and leadership teams to align sales efforts with service delivery

• Serve as the connective tissue between the community and our clinics

Relationship Management

• Engage in regular face-to-face meetings with referral sources to build credibility and trust

• Partner with the Marketing team to amplify territory growth

• Position yourself as a go-to advisor in the mental health treatment landscape

What We are Looking For

• Required: 3+ years of outside sales or business development experience in healthcare or a related medical field — this is a non-negotiable qualification

• Demonstrated, measurable success growing referral networks and exceeding sales targets

• Experience in mental health strongly preferred

• Consultative, relationship-first approach — you lead with value, not a pitch

• Self-directed and comfortable managing a large territory independently

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience

• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel throughout Wisconsin
