Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum one year of customer service or student services experience ( as a student or professional capacity).
• Ability to work respectfully and effectively in diverse, multicultural, and inclusive settings.
• Ability to thrive in a high-traffic, fast paced environment with frequent interruptions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Financial Aid experience
• Experience in student services, interpreting and applying policies and regulations.
• Experience in handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Familiarity with Veterans educational benefits
